About
Krystyn Persaud has spent over fifteen years planning events that matter. Conferences, galas, fundraisers, and milestone moments for organizations across Canada's corporate, non-profit, education, and association sectors.
She got her start at the University of Calgary, where she was originally brought on to help plan the university's 50th Anniversary celebrations. What followed was seven years of some of the most complex, high-profile event work in the city. Hosting the Prime Minister of Canada, the Aga Khan, major donor announcements, and large-scale community events. Since then, she's taken that same standard of care to clients across the country planning events from coast to coast, including conferences in Nunavut.
Outside of client work, Krystyn teaches in the Event Planning Certificate program at Mount Royal University, sharing what she's learned with the next generation of planners. She's a former member of the ILEA Board of Directors and serves on the Kindred Connections Society Board, because giving back to the community that shaped her career has always been part of the plan.
When she's not running an event, you'll find her around a good table. Good food, good wine, and good company. That love of bringing people together is what inspired her to build a career creating meaningful experiences for others.
Whatever the ask — we already have a plan for it.
Every event comes with questions, curveballs, and inevitable last minute changes. Our experience means we know what to plan for and how to adapt when those plans change.
Can you do an intimate dinner for 1,000?
We just did one last month. Let me show you how we lit and staged the room to make it feel like family.
We need everyone off the golf course by cocktail hour.
No problem, we’ll use a shotgun start so the whole field finishes together and no one gets stuck waiting at the bar.
Our wedding day is calling for rain…
We have umbrellas for every guest, and the backup room is ready if you’d like to move everyone inside.
What people are saying.
“I've had the pleasure of working with Krystyn on several events, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She's an absolute delight to work with—creative, organized, engaging, and incredibly strategic. She has a natural ability to bring ideas to life while making the entire planning process feel seamless and enjoyable.”

“When you’re running a large event, having someone you can trust completely makes all the difference. We partnered with Krystyn to host our charity golf tournament and she was exactly who we needed. Calm, positive, always one step ahead, and handled every detail with such care. Our team was able to focus on our golfers and guests because we knew the event was in great hands.”

The plan comes first, then everything else seamlessly follows.
How we work.
-
We start by getting to know your event inside and out. Your goals, your audience, and what success actually looks like for your organization.
-
We put the full plan together and run it by you. Venues, vendors, timelines, contingencies, all mapped out before anything is confirmed.
-
We run the day. Every vendor managed, every timeline held, every issue handled before you know it happened. So you can show up and be present.
